Ordering Custom-Designed T-Shirts and Sweatshirts
To ensure that your order is processed quickly and your gifts arrive on time, please follow these instructions.
1. Plan ahead: We generally ship shirts within 2–3 business days, and the courier delivers them to a package locker the very next day. However, please keep in mind that our small print shop has its limitations, and production times may be longer leading up to special occasions.
2. Size matters: our T-shirts and sweatshirts are all slightly oversized. Check them out Check the size chart and make sure you order the right size.
3. Personal message: We’ll add the phrase “My favorite people call me dad/grandpa” to the back of the shirts. If you’d like to change this, please let us know!
4. Child’s drawing: It’s important that the drawing be made or traced with a marker. Then take a photo of it and send it to maarja@blackgiraffe.ee along with information about the color and size of the T-shirt or sweater you’d like.
